T'ai Ji Dance The improvisational style of Chungliang Al Huang is a standing meditative movement inspired by the five elements of nature and 'danced' to music of various tempos. Hatha Yoga The classic ancient postures of India are introduced along with breathing exercises, guided relaxation and creative visualization. Meditation Training A wide range of techniques including guided visual imagery are introduced for beginners and experienced meditators.
